Aircraft Weighing on Réunion Island with On-Site Support

CH-Aero was commissioned by Air Austral to perform on-site aircraft weighings on the island of Réunion. The assignment demonstrated both the reach and flexibility of our mobile services, as well as our ability to integrate real-time onboarding for new international weighing partners.

This project served as an onboarding mission for one of our newly added service partners based in South Africa. Under the guidance of CH-Aero engineer Ravi Narain, the on-site training was carried out during the actual weighing operations—ensuring the partner could immediately apply procedures in a live environment, while being supported to meet CH-Aero’s quality and reporting standards.

Beyond the operational side, the collaboration with Air Austral was marked by strong communication and an excellent working atmosphere. The airline’s ground and maintenance teams ensured seamless coordination throughout the weighing process, which was successfully completed without delay.

This case reflects CH-Aero’s ability to deploy globally, train new partners in the field, and maintain service quality in challenging and remote locations. It also highlights our growing network of certified support partners—ensuring aircraft can be weighed accurately and efficiently, no matter the region.
