We explain how the scales are positioned under the wheel points and how to safely push the aircraft onto the scales. No jacking, no specialist equipment. Your team and ours do this together.

Scale readings appear on the display in real time. Immediately after the weighing, you can compare the result with the previous weighing on the spot — showing in real time how effective, fast and reliable the process is.

CH-Aero produces the full certified weight and balance report directly after the demo. Signed, traceable, legally defensible. Created and signed by CH-Aero under ISO 9001:2015. 0.1% accuracy verified.

HOW WE OPERATE
CH-Aero operates as a certified subcontractor under your maintenance licence. We follow EASA, FAA and DGCA guidelines for every weighing. Scales calibrated annually to 0.1% accuracy. Every weighing is fully documented, traceable and legally defensible. ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
AN IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ON EASA CERTIFICATION
There is a widespread misconception that weighing equipment must carry EASA certification. No such EASA certification exists for aircraft weighing equipment, not for platform scales and not for loadcell pods.
What matters is that all measuring instruments achieve accuracy within 0.1% across the full range, calibrated annually by the manufacturer or a certified calibration body. CH-Aero's scales meet and exceed this standard.
This removes a major perceived barrier to switching from loadcell to platform weighing.
ACCURACY
Platform scales consistently outperform pod-based methods in accuracy across the full measurement range. The W&B report is created and signed by CH-Aero. Tolerance: 0.1%, verified by CH-Aero.

As a CH-Aero Alliance Partner, Field International operates mobile platform weighing across India, bringing certified weighing directly to airlines, MROs and operators wherever their aircraft are in maintenance. Their engineers are trained and qualified by CH-Aero — completing the same full certification programme used for all permanent CH-Aero stations worldwide.
Field International is building this market from the ground up, with Air India, IndiGo, HAL, Akasa Air and Tata Group already engaged ahead of the September / October 2026 demonstration events.
